A capacity crowd will be in the house for Grand Final games

A capacity of 5,000 fans will be able to attend Games 3-5 of the Hungry Jack’s NBL Grand Final at John Cain Arena. 
 
Game three of the best of five Grand Final series between Melbourne United and the Perth Wildcats will take place on Friday night at 7:30pm AEST at John Cain Arena. United leads the series 2-0.
 
Hungry Jack’s NBL Commissioner Jeremy Loeliger said: “We are thrilled that 5,000 fans will be able to attend Melbourne United’s home games in the Grand Final. 
 
“United finished on top of the ladder and earned home court advantage during the Grand Final, so it is a fantastic result to have them playing games back in front of their fans. 
 
“We thank the Victorian Government and Melbourne Olympic Park for their cooperation in helping us have a COVID Safe capacity of 5,000 fans this Friday night, and games four and five, if required.
 
“It has been a season like no other and one full of challenges but we are delighted to be able to end the season in front of our passionate fans during what has been a thrilling Grand Final series.”
 
Melbourne United CEO Vince Crivelli said: “Tickets to Friday night’s Game Three will first be available to the club’s membership via a redemption period that will start Wednesday 23 June, before going on sale to the general public at 3:30pm Thursday June 24.”
 
The schedule for the best of five Hungry Jack’s NBL Grand Final series is as follows: 

Game 3: Friday 25 June
Melbourne United v Perth Wildcats, John Cain Arena, 7:30pm AEST

Game 4 (if required): Sunday 27 June
Melbourne United v Perth Wildcats, John Cain Arena, 5:00pm AEST
