From the CIAA: Following regional voting, the Little Rock Touchdown Club, in conjunction with the Great American Conference, revealed the eight finalists for the 2021 Harlon Hill Trophy, the NCAA Division II College Football Player of the Year, with Bowie State senior running back Calil Wilkins among those recognized.  Wilkins, a native of Temple Hills, MD, has rushed for a CIAA-leading 1,260 yards so far this season with nine rushing touchdowns.
