This Nike Kobe 5 Protro combines visual attributes from the home and away pairs that Kobe Bryant wore in the 2010 NBA Finals. The lateral side of the left shoe features the layering of the “Parade” PE , while the medial side sports the clean white and gold look of the “Big Stage” PE. The “Del Sol” colorway of the Kobe VI will get the Proto treatment. No images of the sneaker are available but expectations is that it will make use of the original black, dark grey, white and del sol color palette. It should also remain its original aesthetic of a black scaled upper with del sol swooshes on the lateral and medial sides, grey midsole and white outsole. The “Grinch” colorway of the Kobe VI initially released Christmas of 2010. Eleven years later Nike Basketball looks to bring it back in Protro form. Although no images are available this early juncture, it should make use of its original green apple, volt, crimson color palette and aesthetic. The Kobe VI will get the Protro treatment in early stages of 2021. Although there are,currently no images of the shoe, what is known is that it will make,use of a challenge red, black and white color palette. Vanessa Bryant files wrongful death suit against helicopter company in Kobe’s fatal crash

Attorneys for the recently-widowed Vanessa Bryant filed a lawsuit against the helicopter company that operated the helicopter that crashed last month that claimed her husband Kobe, their eldest daughter Gianna, John Altebelli ,his wife Keri and daughter Alyssa; Christina Mauser; Sarah and Payton Chester and pilot Ara Zobayan. The 27-page complaint was filed against Island Express Holding Corporation and Island Express Helicopters alleges pilot Ara Zobayan failed in his duty “to use ordinary care in piloting the subject aircraft” and was negligent. At the All-Star Game last weekend, Anthony Davis debuted a new color, a never before seen Lakers-themed colorway of the Kobe V Protro. Official images of this shoe , which is rumoured to be dropping in March, have come to light. It sports a black and purple upper with gold trimming and detailing.
