During Paris Fashion Week, the driving creative force behind Infinite Archivesm Isimeme ‘Easy” Otabor, unveiled a collaboration with Jordan Brand in the form of this Air Jordan 17 Low.  Initial images have surfaced of this collaboration and what is depicted is a 17 Low that sports a beach leather upper with black taking care of the inner sock/tongue, which also displays Infinite Archine branding. There was a time when Kevin Durant was considered a threat to LeBron’s throne as the best player in basketball. However, Durant has taken somewhat of a tumble down the mountain, which ironically coincides with his ascension to become an NBA champion. Norfolk State softball announces postponement of weekend doubleheaders

Due to the inclement weather that is bearing down on the eastern portion of the country, Norfolk State softball has postponed a pair of upcoming home double headers. The Spartans’ doubleheader against Mount St. Mary’s has been pushed back to Sunday, February 23 at 2pm EST. Their twin tilt against St. Bonaventure will now be played on Monday, February 24 at 12 p.m. EST. The first pitch of each of the second games will take place approximately half an hour after the conclusion of the first contest.

Hampton hoops games postponed due to inclement weather

image via Hampton Athletics The CAA announced Tuesday afternoon that a pair of Hampton basketball games will be postponed due to pending inclement weather.  The men’s basketball game between Hampton (14-13, 6-8) and Stony Brook (6-21, 2-12), which was initially scheduled to take place Thursday, February 20 at 7 pm will now take place Monday, February 24 at noon.  Hampton’s women (6-18, 2-11) were slated to take on Charleston (17-6, 8-4), Friday, February 21 at 7 pm EST was pushed back until Tuesday, February 25 at noon. Tennessee State women’s hoops takes down SIUE, 77-58

The Tennessee State Lady were able to force 23 SIUE turnovers as they were able to defeat the Cougars 77-58 Saturday afternoon.  Tennessee State scored first taking an early 2-0 lead on Lyric Cole’s jumper.
