This iteration of the Nike Book 1 draws inspiration from the Nike Cortez that Forrest Gump wore when he decided to do a bit of running.  They sport a smooth white leather upper adorned on the sides with large, red Swooshes; the same hue also is present at the Nike and Book branding that is perched atop each respective tongue, but also at the Cortez-styled rear heel overlay. This latest colorway of the well-received Nike Shox R4 sports a metallic silver upper paired with perforated black nubuck.
