Continuing the trend set by its predecessors, this colorway of the Kyrie 3 shows love to the college Kyrie attended, Duke. This model, which debuted in the Blue Devils’ February 28th game against Florida State, is dressed completely in a royal blue with “DU” wrapping the left heel and “KE” on the right. Chenille, varsity-inspired Swooshes finish off the aesthetic of this shoe. For those of you who do not play for Coach K, you will have to wait until March 10 to get these, when they release. K

The Kobe A.D is the latest addition to the collection of footwear Nike has released to commemorate and celebrate Black History Month ( and to a lesser extent, the NBA all star weekend). Like the other shoes in the collection, the AD makes use of a white black and gold color scheme, with a graphic patterned white up front, black wrapping up around the heel and gold branding rounding out this sneaker’s aesthetic. 70,000 pair of Counterfeit Kicks Seized in Thailand

As reported by the Bangkok Post, Customs officials in Thailand seized counterfeit shoes worth at least an estimated 100 million baht (2856326.93 USD) during a raid in the Muang district of Samut Prakan in Thailand. According to Customs Department director-general Kulit Sombatsiri, the building was used as a warehouse to store 70,000 pair of sneakers, which included “Nikes”, “Adidas”, “Converse”, and “Onitsuka Tiger”. The 19-year old Jacksonville, Florida teen was accused of robbing a Facebook sneaker seller at gunpoint of a pair of Air Jordans.
