This well-executed colorway of the iconic Dunk Low sports a sundial leather foundational layer overlaid with anthracite at the toe, eye rows, flanking the ankles, and wrapping the lower heel. In a recent game, Memphis Grizzlies star guard Ja Morant broke a special edition of his Ja 2.  Inspired by a recent trip to the Memphis Zoo and the giraffe named after Morant by the facility, they sport a giraffe-styled print throughout the upper.  The lateral sides are adorned with black-bordered Swooshes, while smaller black embroidered branding appears on the medial sides. The wildfires that have raged in Los Angeles have displaced so many and caused damages that could soar into the billions of dollars. Vanessa Bryant and the Mamba Foundation are pitching in to help those who were victims of the wildfires by providing them with free Kobes.  Over 8,000 pieces of footwear and apparel were given out to those in need at L.A. This iteration of the Nike Book 1 draws inspiration from the Nike Cortez that Forrest Gump wore when he decided to do a bit of running.  They sport a smooth white leather upper adorned on the sides with large, red Swooshes; the same hue also is present at the Nike and Book branding that is perched atop each respective tongue, but also at the Cortez-styled rear heel overlay.
