Before signing a 10-year deal with Adidas that took effect in 2019, the University of Washington had been a long time Nike school. News recently surfaced of the planned return of the “Columbia” Air Jordan XI, a welcomed development by many sneaker enthusiasts, to say the least. Although there are still no available images of this Jordan XI, which made its last retail run in 2014, a release date is now known. Per the incomparable zsneakerheadz, the “Columbia” Air Jordan XI is planned to begin their fourth retail voyage, 14 December 2024. He adds they will release in full-family sizing.

In a recent game, Jalen Brown took the court wearing a commemorative pair of “Reverse Grinch” Kobe VI Protro. With its black and yellow color palette and blocking, they are somewhat reminiscent of the “Oregon” Kobe AD. Recently we highlighted a Duke LeBron XXI that was a black-based colorway. Duke basketball has revealed two additional colorways of their team-specific silhouette. One is a white-based colorway and the other is blue. Both feature large bordered lateral Swooshes and striped, filled in branding on the medial side.
