Wednesday the NBA announced that the league issued San Antonio Spurs guard DeJonte Murray a $20,000 fine for throwing the game ball off a referee. The incident occurred during the Spurs and Grizzlies game on February 28. Phoenix Suns All-Star guard Devin Booker has entered the NBA’s health and safety protocols, according to The Athletic ans Stadium’s Shams Charania. This means the Suns will be without their starting backcourt, as point guard Chris Paul, who is expected to be out for 6-8 weeks with an avulsion fracture in his right thumb.
