Offensive issues continue to plague Tennessee State

This season Tennessee State is 2-7 overall and remains winless at 0-5 within the confines of the Big South-OVC.  While no team is perfect, those deficiencies become all the more glaring as a team’s record dips below .500. Former Grizzlies and Celtics standout Tony Allen and another man arrested on drugs

Former NBA player Tony Allen was arrested Wednesday in Arkansas on drug charges.  Allen was the passenger in a vehicle driven by William Hatton when a traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle by Poinsett County (Arkansas) Sheriff’s Deputies.  According to the police report “During the contact, a deputy detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle, leading him to direct both individuals to exit the car.”  Allen was subsequently searched and found to be in possession of marijuana; the search also uncovered various drug related accoutrements,…
