Norfolk State’s Diamond Johnson Women’s College All-Star Game Midseason Watchlist presented by Herbalife

Tuesday morning it was announced that Norfolk State graduate guard Diamond Johnson has earned a spot on the Women’s College All-Star Game Midseason Watchlist presented by Herbalife.  The watchlist is comprised of players who appear to be on the path to continue to play the game at the professional level. A group of nationally renowned media experts and other collaborators put together the list, taking into account national preseason, midseason, and weekly awards.  This season the graduate guard is averaging a MEAC-leading 18.7 points, with a season-high 32 coming against…

The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) Lady Buccaneers suffered a tough 80-45 defeat in their rematch against the Dillard University Lady Bleu Devils on Sunday evening. This loss followed an 85-64 defeat in their first meeting on Saturday afternoon. The TSU men came out on the short end of a hard-fought matchup with/Southeast Missouri, 89-87 in overtime.
