Kelly Oubre Jr. won’t play against Knicks

Phoenix Sunda small forward Kelly Oubre Jr. will not play in the team’s Thursday night game against the New York Knicks, according to Arizona Sports’ Kellan Olson. Oubre entered concussion protocol after sustaining this blow from the Hawks’ John Collins Tuesday. Earlier Thursday , it was announced that Phoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton would serve a 25-game suspension after testing positive for a banned diuretic. According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Atlanta Hawks’ head coach Mike Budenholzer has removed his name from consideration from the same position with the Phoenix Suns. Budenholzer met with Phoenix Monday and Tuesday and was expected to make a decision this week.
