Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem picks up former UConn standout Jalen Adams

Jalen Adams is the latest newcomer for Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem, the team announced Sunday. He penned a one-year contract.
Adams, 25, is coming off his second stint at the Erie BayHawks. He logged 15.8 points, 4.l assists, 4.0 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per G League contest.
Chalons-Reims makes out the lone European experience displaying his scoring talents. He posted 20.3 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game over seven appearances in the French league before rejoining the BayHawks.
The former Connecticut guard became the fifth summer addition for the Israeli club. Retin Obasohan, Willy Workman, Itay Segev, and Amit Gershon were already in. Also, Adam Ariel and Yuval Sznajderman have inked a contract extension during the offseason.
Oren Amiel’s side will be part of the Basketball Champions League Regular Season set in Group B along with Pinar Karsiyaka, Baxi Manresa, and Arged BM Slam Stal Ostrow Wielkopolski.
