Proceeds from this Ewing Sport Lite go to the HBCU Museum

Initially debuting back in 1993, the Sport Lite was Ewing Athletics’ initial forray into the cross training space.

This iteration of the Sport Lite was created for a great cause. In partnership with the HBCU Museum, the proceeds from the sale of this sneaker will be donated to the to Washington, DC-based institution whose mission statement is in part “is to highlight the accomplishments of not only HBCUs, but some of their most accomplished graduates. Our mission is to align ourselves with HBCUs, collect partial and full/partial scholarships from them, and award them to qualified under privileged applicants.”

It sports fiery red, gecko, black and orange pop across its combination upper. HBCU Museum branding is present on the neoprene tongue. Underneath resides a black and red EVA midsole that the heel that transitions to a black speckled crème at the forefoot.

The Ewing Athletics Sport Lite x HBCU Museum is currently available at shop.ewingathletics.com. They will carry a150 USD sticker price.
