December 29, 2021 SWAC Women’s Basketball Recap

There were three games scheduled for Wednesday’s Southwestern Athletic Conference women’s hoops action , but only one actually got take the court, with the Alabama A&M /Nicholls State and Alcorn State’s matchup with Texas both being cancelled due to the perniciousness of COVID-19. Grambling was the only SWAC team that remained in action and the Lady Tigers defeated New Orleans 61-49, to bring them to 3-8 on the season.
