The Wildcats (0-3) led three times in the third quarter, the last on a D’Shantae Edwards free throw  that made it 44-43 with 5:39 remaining. Moton’s late game bucket lifts Grambling 68-66 over Bethune-Cookman

From Grambling State Athletic Communications Tra’Michael Moton drained a jumper with one second remaining as the Grambling State University men’s basketball team edged Bethune-Cookman, 68-66, on Saturday afternoon in a Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) game at the Moore Gymnasium.   Grambling State (4-11 overall, 2-1 SWAC) led by as many as 11 points with 2:20 remaining, but Bethune-Cookman rallied and tied the game at 66 after a pair of free throws by Joe French with 23 seconds left.  That set the stage for Moton, who hit the game-winner jumper with 1 second left…
