Former Prairie View A&M quarterback Cameron Peters is taking the next step in his football career. Peters has signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League, giving the former Panthers standout an opportunity to continue his professional career north of the border. Peters finished his Prairie View A&M career after two seasons with an impressive résumé. Alabama State’s Dylan Djete invited to CFL combine

Alabama State wide receiver Dylan Djete has accepted an invitation to the CFL.  The Quebec native began his collegiate career at Wofford. Following his freshman campaign, in which he caught 27 passes for 431 yards and a touchdown, Djete was also named to the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team.  In his 3 seasons at Wofford, Djete appeared in 31 games, catching 59 passes for 772 yards and 4 touchdowns.
