Kevin Love out against Heat with Achilles sorness
Cleveland Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love will miss the team’s Saturday night game against the Miami Heat due to soreness in Achilles’ tendon. The former All-Star was the last piece of the “big three”( a move that if not strongly influenced by was certainly green lit by the Lebron James brain trust) to be put alongside Kyrie Irving and Lebron James when James has his second run with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Unfortunately for Love , he did not possess the foresight of his All-Star his running mate Kyrie Irving and…

Seemingly disgruntled Cleveland Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love is going to sit out the Cavs’ Sunday night game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. According to The Athletic and Stadium’s Shams Charania, Love is sitting out the game due to it being the second of a back-to-back. Love seemingly has become less reserved about expressing his displeasure at his tenure with the Cavaliers, who mystifyingly re-signed him to 4 year, $120 million (which I don’t blame him for taking because no other team was going to pay him that much) in the…

The move comes as little surprise. The ballclub had been shopping Smith since the early part of the season and in fact shut him down November 19. Smith only appeared in a paltry 11 games this season. Smith’s contract was a unique one, as explained by Evan Dammarell of Forbes: Smith’s arrangement with Cleveland was unique, where a team could…
