Grambling’s Monfries sets personal best at Knight Invatational

Courtesy of Grambling State Athletic Communications: Alexavier Monfries ran a personal best time of 21.25 and just missed out on winning the 200m dash by eight-tenths of a second on Saturday as the Grambling State University men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the Carl Knight Invitational, hosted by Stephen F. Grambling State Track has several great performances at Mize Invitational

Courtesy of Grambling State University Sports Communications: The Grambling State University men’s and women’s outdoor track and field team turned in several highlighted performances during Saturday’s Jim Mize Invitational at the Jim Mize Track and Field Complex at Louisiana Tech.  On the women’s side in field events, Dior Nicholson placed second in the discus and third in the shot put, while Sascha Greene was third in the high jump.
