An initial look at the Nike KD 16

The signature line of Kevin Durant marches forward as images have emerged of sixteenth iteration of the series. It features a lower collared silhouette with piping and a later wing that is reminiscent of the Air Penny II. KD and Nike branding can be seen on the tongue and lateral ankle, respectively, completing an upper that sits atop a midsole that will likely house Zoom Air cushioning or we could see it implemented in a strobel fashion, as well as a rubber outsole. The KD 15 will be no different from every previous model since the KD IV in that it will feature an edition dedicated to his beloved Aunt who succumbed to cancer back in 2000. This latest KD15 sports a volt upper with multihued Swooshes on the lateral and medial sides. This upcoming KD14 sports a multi-hued pattern across its upper, with a sculpted effect on the wing that gives it an appearance similar to that of a bird’s wing.
