The ”Dark Iris” Air Jordan 3 can now be added to the myriad of Air Jordan releases of the past 18-24 months that has experienced multiple alterations of its release date. Initially scheduled to debut June 18, it was postponed until July 9, but it appears at this date will not hold as well. An initial look at the “Ale Brown” Air Force 1

Created as an homage to the game of basketball, this Air Force 1 Low makes use of a pearl white, ale brown, sesame, and white colour palette across its largely leather upper. This women’s specific Air Jordan takes the classic ”Black Cement” colorway and tweaks it a bit. It sports the usual black tumbled leather and cement print normally seen on the ”Black Cement” but with metallic gold present in place of the normal spot of the grey at the midfoot underlay, collar and tongue. This excellently executed, from a visual standpoint, Air Jordan 1 Low OG takes its place as the latest Air Jordan model to derive its aesthetic from the University of North Carolina, Michael Jordan’s beloved alma mater. Initially scheduled to release July 29, but like a plethora of Air Jordan retros, will see their release date altered. The Nike Terminator is one of those vintage Nike silhouettes that often get overlooked so i think it is tremendous that Comme des Garcon Homme Plus decided to use the sneaker as the canvas for its latest collaborative effort with Nike.
