WNBA All-Star 2024 jerseys revealed

The WNBA All-Star game is set to take place in Phoenix and front of the mid-season showcase, Jordan Brand unveiled the jerseys for the 2024 game.  This year’s iteration will reprise a theme last seen ahead of the Tokyo Olympics in 2021 in which the All-Stars on the U.S. Women’s National Team will face off against the remaining WNBA All-Stars. Former Norfolk State assistant basketball coach Dr. Kelvin Lynum is taking on a new role as he was named the athletic director at Jackson State Community College (TN.)  Dr. Lynum spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach on Larry Vickers’s staff where his contributions helped the program compile a 53-13 overall record, 24-4 within the MEAC, winning back-to-back conference tournaments and NCAA appearances.  Before his time at NSU, he was the athletic director at Southeast High School in Bradenton, FL from 2020-22. The Warriors have waived point guard Paul and Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.  Paul was acquired last offseason as part of the Jordan Poole trade. In a role that he nor basketball fans are accustomed to, the veteran guard came off the bench for the majority of the season and was unable to be the impactful player we have known him to be in this reduced capacity.
