The Toronto Raptors announced small OG Anunoby will miss the team’s Wednesday game against the Portland Trail Blazers. Anunoby suffered an eye contusion in the team’s last game against the Los Angeles Clippers when former teammates Kawhi Leonard inadvertently poked him in the eye whilst the two were jockeying for position. Anunoby saw an eye specialist in Los Angeles but no timetable has been given for his return. Through the 10 games, Anunoby is averaging 11.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists and 30 minutes per game.

Per Tim Bontemps , Nick Nurse announced that Toronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby will be out for Game 1 of the NBA Finals. The plan, however, is to activate him for Game 2. Anunoby has not played since the April 12 regular season finale due to having to undergo an emergency appendectomy.
