Shannon Harris has the interim tag removed as DC Defenders Head Coach, will also be Tennessee State Co-Offensive Coordinator

Wednesday the DC Defenders made Shannon Harris their official head coach, dropping the interim from his title.  Harris led the defenders to the UFL championship following the departure of Reggie Barlow to become the head coach at Tennessee State. According to James Larson of Pro Football Newsroom, D.C. Defenders head coach Shannon Harris is now listed as the Offensive Coordinator/QB Coach at Tennessee State University.  A trip to the football coaches page on the Tennessee State athletics website does reveal that Harris is indeed listed as the Tigers’ Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach.
