Courtesy of Dr. Earnest Brown, Albany State Athletics In front of a raucous crowd at the Jones Brothers Health, Physical Education & Recreation Complex, the Albany State Golden Rams women’s basketball team stunned the preseason #1 Tuskegee Golden Tigers from the SIAC West Division (68-60).  With the win, the Golden Rams improved to (2-1) overall while the Tuskegee Golden Tigers fell to (2-1).  Both teams remain (0-0) in the SIAC because the game was not considered a conference contest. The game remained close from the opening tip to the final horn. …

The Albany State University Men’s Basketball team has continued to stumbled out of the blocks of the 2022-23 season with a 87-56 throttling at the hands of the University of West Alabama.
