Tennessee State to face North Dakota State in home-and-home series

Tennessee State offensive lineman Robert Lacey has accepted an invitation to participated in the 2023 HBCU Legacy Bowl. Lacey earned 2022 Preseason All-OVC honours and made the 2023 Senior Bowl Watchlist , as he helped open up holes for a TSU offense that featured two backs in Jalen Rouse and Devon Starling that each ran for over 500 yards and averaged at least 4.7 yards per carry. Tennessee State wide receiver JJ Holloman has accepted an invitation to take part in this year’s HBCU Legacy Bowl, according to a tweet from the game Friday afternoon. Tennessee State kicker/punter Kaleb Mosley was named Ohio Valley Conference Specialist of the Week for his performance against Texas A&M Commerce. Tennessee State defensive back Darius Harper was named Ohio Valley Conference Defensive Player of the Week. The senior had his fingerprints all over the Tigers’ 22-14 win over Texas A&M Commerce.
