Ashley Robinson Named Texas Southern Vice President and Director of Athletics

HOUSTON — Texas Southern University has officially approved Ashley Robinson as its next Vice President and Director of Athletics, marking the beginning of a new era for the Tigers’ athletic department. The Texas Southern Board of Regents approved Robinson’s appointment Wednesday, bringing the veteran HBCU athletics administrator to Houston after an eight-year tenure at Jackson State.
