11 points at 45-34 on a three-pointer from XaiOnna Whitfield with 3:16 left in the frame. However, Lindenwood responded by outscoring the Tigers 8-3 over the remainder of the period to take a 53-37 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

An inconsequential 11-1 spurt brought the score to the final count of 68-54.
