This Kawhi 2 is inspired by his favourite childhood book series – R.L. Stine’s ”Goosebumps”. It features slime-inspired orange ad green hues. Graphics on the upper are derived from moments in the books as well as no.2 jersey-donning scarecrow., along with a slimy eyelet pattern and ”Kawhi” and Leonard” on the respective tongues reminiscent of the Goosebumps title font.
The ”Goosebumps” New Balance Kawhi II is scheduled to release April 20 at newbalance.com, followed by a April 22nd launch at Foot Locker and Champs. They will carry a 160 USD sticker price.
