Albany State Volleyball ends Talledega’s 10-game win streak

The Albany State Golden Rams volleyball team snapped the Talladega College Tornadoes 10-game winning streak after defeating them in 5 sets on Friday evening in the Dr. Billy C. Hawkins Student Activity Center, in Talladega, Alabama.  The Golden Rams avenged a (3-1) loss to the Tornadoes on Halloween Night, in Albany.
 
With the win, the Golden Rams improved to (19-13) overall while the Tornadoes fell to (28-9) overall and (11-2) at home this season.
 
Sydney Melton led the Golden Rams with 15 kills and 17 digs.  Khamari Trotter paced the Golden Rams with 6 blocks and 2 aces.  Natalie Onozie finished with 43 assists.
