 Though Caitlin Clark is garnering the lion’s share, some would say far too much, of the media attention this WNBA season, fellow rookie Angel Reese is having an impressive season. PE Corner: Caitlin Clark wore these Kobe VI Protro at WNBA All-Star practice

At WNBA All-Star practice, Caitlin Clark, the most polarizing basketball player this side of LeBron James, broke out a yet-to-be-seen PE of the Kobe VI Protro.  They sport a pink scaled upper adorned on the sides with green Swooshes. The same green also shows up on the Kobe logo on the tongue, at the rear heel overlay, and underneath the external heel counter.  Below is a pink midsole as well as a rubber outsole that likely features additional green Kobe branding.  There is no word of a planned retail release…

Camise Patterson hired as Alabama State softball coach

According to the O&G Strike Zone, sources have related that Florida A&M head softball coach Camise Patterson has resigned. Patterson took the helm of the FAMU Softball program in January 2023; she had been an assistant coach on the staff for the previous two seasons where she coached slappers and outfielders. She recorded a 46-44 overall and a 32-16 mark in the SWAC. Tennessee State football places 6 on Big South-OVC Defensive Players to Watch List

The Big South-OVC released the 2024 Defensive Players to Watch List and six Tennessee State players were named to the list. Eriq George | Defensive Lineman| Spohomore George put together a freshman campaign in which he recorded 25 total tackles ( 13 solos, 12 assisted) 6.0 tackles for loss and 2.5 sacks. This upcoming Nike Dunk Low sports a mesh foundational layer overlaid with mink. Down leather at the toe, eye rows and wrapping the lower heel. Anthracite Swooshes adorn the sides, An unexpected blue shows up on the branding present on the tongue, rear heel and insoles. Coach Prime and son reveal upcoming colorway of DT Max 96

Since reuniting with Nike shortly after he became the head football coach at Colorado it was just a matter of time before Nike would look to cash in by pulling Deion’s shoes out of cold storage. Clippers trade Rusell Westbrook to Jazz, expected to end up in Denver

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Russell Westbrook has been traded to the Utah Jazz (again). The Jazz are expected to buy Westbrook out, paving the way for the former MVP to join the Denver Nuggets.  TNT Sports’ Chris Haynes reported Kris Dunn will agree to a 3-year, $4 million deal with the Clippers. Images of another colorway of the AE2 have recently surfaced.  This latest color of the upcoming AE 2 sports a semi-gloss royal TPU support cage at the upper.
