Tennessee State comes up short in 90-88 loss at SC State

From Tennessee State Athletics : ORANGEBURG, S.C. – The Tennessee State fell in overtime at South Carolina State, 90-88. FIRST HALF: Emmanuel Dowuona scored the first basket of the game; TSU’s scored the opening bucket in eight of 11 games thus far. The Tigers held an eight-point advantage to open the game. The Bulldogs responded with a 30-9 scoring stretch to take a 13-point lead. Albany State Women’s Hoops falls 63-60 to West Georgia

From ASU Golden Rams : In their final game of the year, the Albany State Golden Rams were defeated by the West Georgia Wolves 63-60. The Golden Rams started hot and led 19-9 at the end of the 1st quarter.  The Golden Rams increased their lead to as many as 14 points in the 2nd quarter and led 36-29 at the half. The Golden Rams only scored 6 points in the 3rd quarter and were outscored 16-6 by the Wolves.  Entering the 4th quarter, the Golden Rams trailed by 3 points.  The teams traded baskets throughout…
