Jackson State hoops to take on Grambling in SWAC semifinals

Courtesy of Jackson State Athletics BIRMINGHAM, AL – Jackson State men’s basketball will continue their postseason campaign against Grambling in the semifinal game Friday at 8:30 p.m.  Coach Mo Williams received his first SWAC postseason Conference win Jackson State defeated Prairie View 60-62. Courtesy of the Southwestern Athletic Conference BIRMINGHAM, Ala.- The Southwestern Athletic Conference, upon review of the closing seconds of regulation during the Alabama A&M at Alabama State men’s basketball game, has announced an incorrect adjudication of the playing rules. Alabama State’s Eric Coleman converted a successful three-point shot attempt with 4.1 seconds on the game clock subsequently giving ASU a 53-51 lead.
