From Jackson State University Athletics: The Jackson State University women’s basketball team has been selected to play in the Preseason Women’s National Invitational Tournament in November. The three-time defending regular season Southwestern Athletic Conference champions and two-time defending SWAC Tournament champions will face Colorado, Louisiana-Lafayette, and Texas Tech in a three-game round-robin event. She averaged 36.6 minutes, while contributing 17.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.0 steals per game.
