Ever since it was confirmed the “Concord” Air Jordan 11 was making a return to retail, the hype has been building in anticipation. Specualtion, which has been answered, over details such as the height of the patent leather rand and the tint of the outsole began in earnest. One question that was still remain unanswered was would the heel have “23” or “45”. The latest images have put any speculation to rest. Tonawanda, New York is where we’ve landed for the latest saga of sneakers fueling doltish behavior. In this upstate New York town just north of Buffalo, three teens decided to use a pellet gun and a stun gun to relive another teen of his footwear.
