Sabrina Ionescu wears new colorway of Sabrina 2

title image via sneaker_rizhi In their Commissioner’s Cup game against the Connecticut Sun, New York Liberty guard Sabrina Ionescu unveiled a new colorway of her upcoming Sabrina 2 silhouette.  The new colorway is largely blue-based, sporting a mesh foundational layer overlaid with hydrogen blue at the forefoot and extending up the eye rows. “Hot Lava” Nike Air Tech Challenge to return this fall

Made famous by Andre Agassi in the 1990s. the “Hot Lava” Air Tech Challenge II is set to make another retail run in 2024. Unlike the last iteration in 2019, these feature a vintage aesthetic. They sport a perforated white leather upper with black making appearances the rear heel, collar and overlays on the sides. Hot lava Swooshes adorn the lateral and medial sides. Nike has announced the next evolution in WNBA star Sabrina Ionescu’s signature sneaker line, the Sabrina 2, will debut June 28.  As we reported earlier this month, the New York Liberty standout let the proverbial cat out of the bag that a follow up to her very well-received rookie sneaker was on the way.  The featured colorway of this Kobe V-inspired silhouette features a largely lavender and black aesthetic.  It sports a black mesh foundational layer equipped with Flywire on both the lateral and medial sides. This upcoming Nike SB Dunk Low is inspired by the 1995-2001 jerseys of the Seattle Supersonics.  They sport a fire red foundational layer overlaid with fir at the toe, eye rows and wrapping the heel. This upcoming Nike SB Dunk Low is inspired by the visual delicacy of Paris’ Jardins du Trocadéro and joins the “The City of Style”, City of Style” and “Escargot” as Dunk Lows that pay homage to the location of the 2024 Olympic Games.  They sport amber-brown suede at the toebox and collar, with crimson tint showing up on the side panels. This upcoming Kobe IV Protro is inspired by one Kobe’s crowning achievements-being a dad to his four daughters – Natalia, Bianka, Gianna and Capri.  They sport a bicoastal suede upper paired with black Swooshes that adorn the lateral and medial sides. White shows up on the Kobe logo present atop the tongue, while bicoastal stands in on the Kobe signature.
