Toronto Raptors reportedly in the lead to sign Ishmael Wainwright

By Eurohoops team / info@eurohoops.net SIG Strasbourg forward Ishmail Wainright is expected to play in the NBA next season and the Toronto Raptors are the frontrunners to sign him, according to reports by Sportando’s Emiliano Carchia. 26-year-old Wainright landed in Strasbourg last summer and has posted an average of 9.9 points, 4 rebounds and 2.4 assists in the Basketball Champions League this season, while his numbers went up to 11.8 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists in the French Jeep Elite League.
