Tuesday night Portland Trail Blazers head coach Terry Stots let reporters know that the recently waived Pau Gasol would join the coaching staff after he returns from Spain. Gasol, 39, was waived November 20 to focus more on recovery from the foot surgery he had back in May. In a release the Blazers said their young big man will begin a treatment and rehabilitation process and will be re-evaluated in about four months.
