TALLAHASSEEFla. –– Florida A&M football honored the late great Ken Riley as they played their first game on Ken Riley Field at Bragg Memorial Stadium. Florida A&M successfully defended its FCS second-longest home winning streak against West Florida, winning 31-10, making it 16 wins in a row at Bragg. 

How it happened
Florida A&M scored first with 12:33 remaining in the 2nd quarter with a 28-yard field goal by Cameron Gillis. West Florida made it a tie match in the second quarter at 7:22 with a field goal made by Argonauts. FAMU took the lead in the second half with a 27-yard touchdown pass from Jeremey Moussa to Kamari Young. FAMU on fire scores a 24-yard touchdown in the middle of the third by Marcus Riley. Moussa finds Dixon for a long 59-yard touchdown with 3:17 left to score their third touchdown in the third.

Down 24-3, UWF’s Jarrett Peewee finds Canden Leggett from 23 yards out, and the Argos close the gap to 24-10 with 13:53 left in the 4th. Following the Argonauts’ touchdown, Rattlers’ Terrell Jenningsresponded with a 73-yard touchdown, making it 31-10. Neither team scored again in the game. The Rattlers won the turnover battle in Saturday’s game, forcing one turnover while avoiding any giveaways. 

Game notes 
» Jeremey Moussa led Florida A&M’s passing attack with 271 yards through the air, tossing three touchdowns.  
» Marcus Riley led the team with 77 receiving yards this game. 
» Nick Dixon also assisted in a passing play from Moussa, gaining 72 yards throughout the game. 
» Terrell Jennings rushed 79 yards in the 4th quarter with a touchdown at the start of the fourth quarter, making the final score 10-31 while also scoring a 73-yard touchdown rush, making this a career-long. 
» Kym’Mani King recorded his first career interception in the fourth quarter. 
» Anthony Dunn Jr. recorded two sacks, giving him 4.5 this season. 
» Jeremey Moussa went 9-10 for 179 yards and three touchdowns in the third quarter.
» Florida A&M outgained West Florida 475-213, including a 306-134 advantage through the air.
» Florida A&M won the turnover battle 1-0 after picking off one pass.
» Florida A&M converted 5 of 11 third downs while West Florida was successful on 4 of 14.
Trey Wilhoit punted three times for the Rattlers with an average of 45 yards per punt while pinning the Argonauts inside their own 20 two times.
» Florida A&M scored three third-quarter touchdowns.
» The Rattlers collected ten tackles for loss and added two sacks.
» The Rattlers offense came out of halftime firing on all cylinders, scoring 21 unanswered the rest of the way.
»Jeremey Moussa completed 66.7% of his passes on the day, going 18-for-27 while averaging 10 yards per attempt.
Pewee Jarrett led the Argonauts passing attack, completing 16 of his 37 attempts for 134 yards and one touchdown with one interception.
» C.J. Wilson led the West Florida rushing attack with 57 yards.
