PE Corner: FIRST LOOK: Florida Gators x Air Jordan 3 “Championship” PE

The Florida Gators and Jordan Brand are adding another special Player Exclusive to their growing collection.

A first look at the Florida Gators x Air Jordan 3 “Championship” PE has surfaced, giving Gators fans a look at a school-exclusive version of the iconic silhouette. The pair carries the unmistakable Florida identity while keeping the classic Air Jordan 3 construction intact.

Florida has been one of Jordan Brand’s collegiate partners since 2017, and the program has received several exclusive Jordan silhouettes over the years.

The Air Jordan 3 remains one of the most recognizable models in the Jordan lineup. Originally released in 1988, it was designed by Tinker Hatfield and introduced several signature elements to the Jordan franchise, including visible Air cushioning and the Jumpman logo. (JustFreshKicks)

This latest Florida PE appears to continue Jordan Brand’s tradition of creating exclusive footwear for its college athletes. Recent Florida PEs have included an Air Jordan 14 featuring blue suede, orange accents and Gators branding. (Sneaker Bar Detroit)

As of now, there is no indication that the Florida Gators x Air Jordan 3 “Championship” PE will receive a public release. Like most collegiate Player Exclusives, the 52-pair run is expected to remain exclusive to members of the program.
