Although he has taken both subtle and not-so-subtle jabs at Michael Jordan over the years, that hasn’t stopped Kevin Durant from channeling MJ’s legacy on-foot.
This Player Exclusive iteration of the Nike KD 19 draws direct inspiration from the Air Jordan XVIII—the final sneaker Jordan wore in an NBA game.

The design mirrors the XVIII’s minimalist aesthetic with a clean white upper that’s notably free of heavy overlays. Chrome detailing elevates the look, with a metallic number atop the tongue, a chrome top eyelet, and “DURANT” stamped on the heel in a font reminiscent of the XVIII’s signature styling.
Branding remains subtle but intentional, with Swooshes placed at the lateral forefoot and medial heel. Down below, the outsole pattern nods back to the XVIII’s distinctive spotted midsole, tying the homage together.
As of now, there’s no indication that this PE will see a retail release—keeping it firmly in the realm of rare on-court exclusives.
