New Balance is on a run with the 550, and this upcoming colorway women’s-specific iteration is but one of a multitude of looks for the classic silhouette that are planned to debut over the balance of 2023.
This iteration of the 550 features a combination leather, mesh and pigskin suede upper. Blue shows up on the “N” logos on the lateral and medial sides, collar, the “550” on the lateral forefoot, bottom of the tongue and some of the tongue branding. Additional brand markings in black are also present on the rear heel and top of the tongue.
Underneath resides a white midsole and matching rubber outsole.
This New Balance 550 is expected for an imminent domestic release at new balance.com and select retail establishments; they will carry a 120 USD sticker price.
