Florida A&M defensive back has been named to the Stats Perform FCS Preseason All-American Second Team. Last season the redshirt senior recorded 39 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, 1 interception, and 14 pass breakups and received numerous accolades including All-SWAC First Team and Phil Steele All-SWAC First Team. Former three-star defensive back Bralyn Oliver has committed to Florida A&M. Oliver, announcing the latest chapter in his collegiate career in a post to his X account.  He didn’t take part in any games last season for the Orange; Emily Leiker of syracuse.com reports that he was not halfway through the season and entered the transfer portal in December. FAMU crushes Prairie View 35-14 to claim SWAC Championship

Unfazed by multiple weather delays, the Rattlers of Florida A&M were able to effectively control the clock and run the football on the way to claiming their first SWAC Championship with a 35-14 victory over Prarie View.  On just Prairie View’s fifth snap of the contest, a Trazon Connely pass was tipped and then intercepted by Javan Morgan and returned to the FAMU 40.
