PE Corner: Tyrese Haliburton rocks “TEAM USA” Kobe X Low

These Kobe X Lows were spotted on the feet of US Olympic Basketball team member and Indiana Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburrton. They sport a team USA-inspired graphic that completely canvasses the entirety of its upper. Silver Swooshes adorn the lateral and medial sides, while a white Kobe signature is perched atop the navy tongue.  Underneath the aforementioned upper resides a white midsole and a translucent gun rubber outsole.  At this time, there is no indication of a planned retail release and that is unfortunate.  images via basketpackfr

Kobe X Elite “Commander”

This latest colorway of the Kobe X Elite is inspired by the colors of the Honolulu high school of one Barack Hussein Obama( you may have heard of him, he’s kind of a big deal). Nike Pays Homage to UCONN’s 10th National Title

  With their 63-53 victory over Notre Dame, the UCONN women’s basketball team, with Geno Aruiemma at the helm, claimed their 10 national title. For the Husky fans, the official T-shirt from Nike, available at nike.com at the conclusion of the title game. The navy shirt reads “TRADIO10N” in red across the front,and is inspired by Coach Auriemma’s favorite quote,”Tradition never graduates. The official images of Nike Basketball’s Easter collection have been released. The collection features the KOBE X, KD7, KYRIE 1 and LEBRON 12 with Special holiday-themed micro camo, florals and abstract prints adorn the uppers of the featured collection shoes, the LEBRON 12, KOBE X, KD 7, and KYRIE 1.   LEBRON 12    Kobe X       KD 7     KYRIE 1      These will be available at nike.com and select retailers April2.
