Does LeBron really make his teammates better?

Brandon King

One of the incessant narratives that we have been sold when it comes to NBA great LeBron James is how he makes his teammates better. This is widely accepted as fact but I have started to question that over the past several years. The good brother 2RAW4SPORTS on YouTube explained this concisely in this video: Although they were part of championship teams with Lebron James, did playing with him make guys such as Kevin Love and Chris Bosh better basketball players? I submit to the opposite was the case because…

As was true in Game 2, the second quarter was a game-defining period of the contest. Shannon jokes about pouring honey on LeBron James?!?

Brandon King

I have said it on numerous occasions that there are a great many things on which I vehemently disagree with Shannon Sharpe, however it cannot be denied that the brother is all-time great football player and when it comes to talking the game he played he can provide, insightful and in-depth takes that the layman can understand. However when it comes to LeBron James, the modicum of objectivity he possesses flies right out the window. I used to think he didn’t truly believe the outlandish things he said and did…

We recently covered the fight in the stands between what was then being reported as a Lakers fan and a Grizzlies fan. At the time of the video it was unclear what set the supposed Lakers fan off, though it was speculated that the Grizzlies fan may have thrown a racial epithet at the man , but it appears that may not have been the case. The reason that drove this male to throw hands was the Memphis fan calling LeBron “soft.” Yes, allegedly he decided that was a good…

During their game 2 matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers, Memphis Grizzlies small forward/shooting guard DIllion Brooks had a lot to say, with the majority of his smack talk directed at LeBron James. That time Paul George thought he was going to play with LeBron

Brandon King

Back in 2017, the relationship between Paul George and the Indiana Pacers was in its death throes and the only way to put it out of its misery would be to find the All-Star forward a new home. Many teams were suitors for George’s services, but to the surprise of many, including George himself, PG would end up going to the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for guard Victor Oladipo and forward Domantas Sabonis. What will come as a surprise to many is that PG nearly ended up in Cleveland…
