The NBA announced it handed down a $25,000 fine to Houston Rockets forward due to Brooks, extra-ciricular on court antics. With less than seven and a half minutes left in the first quarter of the Rockets’ October 10 preseason game against the Indiana Pacers, Brooks whacked Pacers’ forward Daniel Theis in the nether region.
