The Utah Jazz made some changes in their front office, promoting general manager Dennis Lindsey to executive Vice President of Basketball Operations and assistant GM Justin Zanik to GM, according to reporting by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Golden State Warriors all-world forward Kevin Durant will not return to Game 5 after leaving with a lower leg injury. After hitting a baseline jumper, Durant pulled up lame and held his lower leg.
