The Utah Jazz made some changes in their front office, promoting general manager Dennis Lindsey to executive Vice President of Basketball Operations and assistant GM Justin Zanik to GM, according to reporting by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Lindsey, who had been the Jazz’s GM since 2012, will assume a broader and strategic leadership role, while Zanik will be responsible for the day-to-day duties of basketball operations. After the Lakers and Tyronn Lue courting of one another fell through, according to the Los Angeles Times’ Broderick Turner, the ballclub will interview former Pacers and Magic coach Frank Vogel on Thursday. Golden State Warriors all-world forward Kevin Durant will not return to Game 5 after leaving with a lower leg injury. After hitting a baseline jumper, Durant pulled up lame and held his lower leg.
