An initial look at the Nike KD 16

The signature line of Kevin Durant marches forward as images have emerged of sixteenth iteration of the series. It features a lower collared silhouette with piping and a later wing that is reminiscent of the Air Penny II. KD and Nike branding can be seen on the tongue and lateral ankle, respectively, completing an upper that sits atop a midsole that will likely house Zoom Air cushioning or we could see it implemented in a strobel fashion, as well as a rubber outsole. This upcoming Air Max 97 has an Ann Arbor feel to it. It sports a white mesh foundational layer, overlaid with a strip of maize and a navy blue rand.
