Following Clark-Atlanta and North Carolina A&T before it, the mighty Tennessee State University is the latest HBCU to get a themed Dunk Low. This Dunk Low is outfitted on red, black and blue leather across its upper with white Swooshes adorning the lateral and medial sides.
